¿Qué es lo que ves cuando me ves así?

El beso como dieta/ejercicio.

Supongamos que se quiere disminuir medio kilo por semana, para lo cual se tendría que ingerir unas 500 calorías menos al día. Para quemar 500 calorías con ejercicio, se tendría que trotar durante una hora.

Se queman 26 calorías en un beso de un minuto. Si quisiera quemar las mismas 500 calorías, pero besando, tendría que dar un beso de aproximadamente 20 minutos.

No hay una dieta/ejercicio que funcione mejor y además no es difícil de llevar, así que si quieren aplicar esta dieta/ejercicio los pasos a seguir son los siguientes:

• Encontrar a alguien que te haga sentir mariposas en el estomago
• Que te haga querer estar junto a ella en todo momento
  
• Decirle todo lo que sientes
• Que todo eso te haga a veces no comer y no dormir porque su mirada se quedo clavada en tu mente…desde el primer día en que la viste
• Que no haces mas que pensar en ella
• Que has perdido la razón, pues ella te robo el corazón.
• Ahhh y por supuesto, besarla, si no, no funciona esta dieta/ejercicio
